Vagina Aesthetics
Vaginal aesthetics is a surgical application performed to correct the shape of the vagina in cases such as structural defect, sexual activity disorder, or vaginal enlargement after birth.
Why is Vagina Aesthetics Performed?
Many different elements can play a role in vaginal aesthetic operations. While it may be a genetic problem, changes in the vaginal area after a large amount of weight gain and loss or changes after birth may cause a need for surgical correction. The undesired image may cause a feeling of insecurity before and during sexual intercourse. For this reason, vaginal aesthetic operations have become one of the most frequently applied interventions. Most of these problems can be resolved after surgical interventions.
Vaginal aesthetics generally consists of vaginal tightening correction of the inner and outer lips of the vagina.
Vagina Tightening is an operation frequently applied by patients due to enlargement in the vagina region after hereditary reasons or later developed reasons such as birth. In addition to that undesirable appearance, the swinging formation in the vaginal area can also cause problems in sexual intercourse. The vagina is narrowed by removing the excess tissues with the intervention performed. Thanks to the technological innovations developed in recent years, the vaginal tightening operation can be performed without anesthesia.
Labiaplasty (Inner Lip Reformation), which is the most frequently used vaginal aesthetic operation, includes removing the excess of the inner lips of the vagina. The deterioration of the inner lip structure, which causes many problems in daily life, causes patients to have a difficult situation during activities such as swimming and cycling. While the excess part of the inner lip is removed in labiaplasty, re-shaping is also performed.
How Long Does Vagina Aesthetics Operation Take?
Vaginal aesthetic operations take between 30 minutes and 120 minutes, and it varies according to the operation performed. Vaginal aesthetics is mainly performed under general anesthesia.
